Performance & Compliance Standards
Project & Engineering Scope
Because premium signage requires precise execution, we operate on a dedicated consultation and quote basis. Your custom sign configuration includes dedicated design engineering, material matching, and turnkey structural planning tailored to your specific facility layout.
Production & Permitting Workflow
Our four-step process keeps pricing transparent and coordinates sign fabrication with local permitting requirements. Your local permitting company manages the application and city approval process. Once your permit is approved and payment is received in full, we begin production.
Phase 1: Project Alignment & Preliminary Quote
Once you submit your design preferences and storefront photos, we review your vector artwork and prepare a preliminary quote. This provides an estimated price for your sign before you move forward with the permitting process.
Phase 2: Permit Application & Design Coordination
After you approve the preliminary quote, you will need to apply for your sign permit. We recommend working with a local sign permitting company to guide you through the process, although you may also handle the application yourself.
Please provide our contact information to your permitting company so they can reach out if additional drawings or sign specifications are needed. If the city requests any changes, let us know so we can update the design and adjust your quote accordingly.
Phase 3: Permit Verification & Final Payment
Production will begin once both of the following requirements are met:
This process helps prevent production delays and reduces the risk of fabricating a sign that does not meet local zoning or landlord requirements.
Phase 4: Architectural Fabrication
The moment permit verification and payment are secured, your sign immediately enters production. Using precision-cut heavy-gauge alloys, high-output LED optics, and strict UL-Listed assembly standards, our fabricators build your sign to your exact specifications.
