PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Crafted 3D Signs LLC (“Crafted 3D Signs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.crafted3dsigns.com (the “Site”); request a quote; upload artwork or photographs; use our sign visualizer, forms, or chat; place an order; communicate with us by email, telephone, text message, social media, or otherwise; or interact with our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, do not provide personal information through the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with an individual or household. It does not include information that is lawfully considered public, deidentified, or aggregated under applicable law.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories:

Contact and identity information. Name, business name, job title, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account username, and similar identifiers.

Order and transaction information. Products considered or purchased, quotes, invoices, order history, selected sizes and options, delivery information, returns, refunds, discounts, tax information, and transaction status.

Payment information. Our payment processors generally collect and process full payment-card details on our behalf. We may receive limited payment information, such as payment method, billing address, transaction identifiers, payment status, and the last four digits of a card. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.

Customer content and project information. Logos, trademarks, artwork, design files, photographs of walls or installation areas, dimensions, color selections, sign specifications, mockups, proof approvals, notes, and other information you submit for a quote, visualization, design, production, installation, or support request. Files or photographs may contain personal information, so please avoid including information that is unnecessary for your project.

Communications and customer-service information. Emails, chat messages, text messages, support inquiries, feedback, reviews, call details, and other communications with us. If a call is recorded, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.

Account and preference information. Account credentials, saved preferences, marketing choices, communication permissions, cookie choices, opt-out requests, and SMS-consent records.

Device and usage information. IP address, browser type, device type and identifiers, operating system, internet service provider, approximate location derived from IP address, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, pages and products viewed, search terms, links clicked, items placed in a cart, interactions with advertisements or communications, and similar activity.

Fraud-prevention and security information. Information used to authenticate transactions, assess risk, prevent fraud or abuse, protect accounts, and maintain the security of the Site and Services.

2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information from the following sources:

Directly from you. For example, when you submit a form, request a quote, upload artwork or a wall photograph, use the visualizer, approve a proof, place an order, create an account, subscribe to communications, contact us, or post a review.

Automatically. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, software-development tools, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to collect information when you use the Site, open certain communications, or interact with advertisements.

From service providers and business partners. We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics and advertising providers, fraud-prevention providers, communication platforms, social-media platforms, and other companies that help us operate the Services.

From other people or organizations. A business, coworker, family member, referral source, or other authorized person may provide information when requesting a quote or placing an order for you or your organization.

3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Cookies are small data files stored on a device. We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• operate the Site, checkout, cart, account, forms, chat, and security features;
• remember preferences and maintain sessions;
• understand traffic and how visitors use the Site;
• measure the performance of our Services and communications;
• prevent fraud and improve security; and
• personalize content and, where permitted, deliver or measure advertising.

Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function. Others are used for analytics, personalization, or advertising and may be subject to your consent or opt-out choices depending on your location.

You can control cookies through your browser and through any cookie or privacy controls displayed on the Site. Blocking cookies may prevent certain Site features from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics to help understand Site usage. Google’s privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Because there is no single universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to those signals in all circumstances. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
• respond to questions and quote requests;
• prepare sign recommendations, visualizations, designs, mockups, and proofs;
• process payments, orders, returns, refunds, and transactions;
• fabricate, package, ship, deliver, and support products;
• communicate about quotes, designs, approvals, orders, delivery, pickup, and customer service;
• create and manage customer accounts;
• personalize the Site and customer experience;
• provide marketing or advertising when permitted and consistent with your choices;
• measure Site, campaign, and advertising performance;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
• enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
• carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

Service providers. Companies that provide website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, cloud storage, design or file processing, order management, customer support and chat, email and SMS communications, analytics, advertising, accounting, shipping, delivery, IT, security, and other services on our behalf. They receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

Shipping and fulfillment parties. Carriers, delivery providers, installers, suppliers, fabricators, and other parties involved in completing a requested order or service.

Advertising and analytics partners. Partners that help us understand Site usage, measure campaigns, deliver advertising, or personalize experiences. Their use of cookies or similar technology may constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. We describe available choices in Section 9.

Business and professional advisers. Accountants, attorneys, insurers, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and similar advisers when reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, government agencies, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, property, or safety; investigate fraud or security issues; or enforce our agreements.

Business-transfer recipients. Actual or prospective buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Recipients you direct or authorize. We may disclose information at your request, with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed when you provide the information.

We do not sell personal information for money. As explained above, certain advertising or analytics activities may nevertheless be defined as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some laws.

6. SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit the Site, use Shopify-powered features, or make a purchase, including information about your interactions with our store.

If Shopify Network Intelligence or other Enhanced Services are enabled for our store, Shopify may use information about your interactions with us, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify to provide and improve services such as fraud protection, analytics, personalization, and more relevant advertising. Information may be disclosed to Shopify and its service providers or partners, which may be located in other countries.

Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. You can manage certain choices regarding Shopify’s processing through the Shopify Privacy Portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

7. TEXT MESSAGING AND MOBILE INFORMATION

If you voluntarily opt in through an optional checkbox, an opt-in keyword, express verbal consent, or another disclosed method, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from Crafted 3D Signs. Messages may concern quote requests, designs and mockups, questions needed to complete an order, order status, delivery or pickup, and customer-service inquiries. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive offers or abandoned-cart reminders.

Transactional message frequency varies based on your interactions and the status of your quote or order. Promotional message frequency, if offered, will be disclosed at opt-in and will not exceed 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information in Section 16. You may also communicate a revocation request through another reasonable method. For additional program terms, review our SMS Terms & Conditions at https://www.crafted3dsigns.com/pages/sms-terms-conditions.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS-consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help us operate the messaging program, to carriers and telecommunications providers as necessary to transmit messages, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Those providers are not authorized by us to use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You can opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional communications about a transaction, quote, design approval, order, account, safety issue, or other ongoing business relationship when permitted by law.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

• request access to or a copy of personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• receive certain information in a portable format;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email info@crafted3dsigns.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” or write to us using the address in Section 16. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will use verification information only for that purpose.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may ask for proof of authorization and may also verify the request directly with you.

To opt out of certain data uses by Shopify, visit https://privacy.shopify.com/en. Where a “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link appears in our Site footer, you may use it to opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising associated with our store. You may also contact us at info@crafted3dsigns.com.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, you may appeal by emailing info@crafted3dsigns.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

These rights are subject to exceptions and limitations. We may retain information when required or permitted for transactions, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the exercise or defense of legal claims.

10. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps requested before entering a contract; comply with legal obligations; pursue legitimate interests such as operating and improving the Services, preventing fraud, and communicating with customers; and, when required, based on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

11. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business and tax records, document design approvals and SMS consent, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the length of our relationship, operational needs, legal requirements, applicable limitation periods, and security considerations. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.

12. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials and protecting access to your account and devices.

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Crafted 3D Signs is located in the United States. We and our service providers, including Shopify, may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.
