CHOOSING A SIGN
Which sign styles can be used outdoors?
The standard exterior options are S2A exterior 3D logo signs, S2B storefront 3D exterior signage, and S7 printed metal signs when exterior use is selected.
Do you create exterior signs?
Yes. We offer both printed and raised 3D exterior sign options. Exterior signs can be created in many custom shapes and sizes based on the artwork, location, and installation needs.
Do I receive a backer panel with every style?
No. S1, S2A, S5, S6, and S7 use a panel or backer. S3 and S4 standard configurations are individual cutout components without a backer. S2B is also individual storefront components, mounted directly to the facade.
How do I choose between halo-lit letters and a fully lighted sign?
Choose S4 for separate letters or logo components with a halo glow behind each component. Choose S6 for an assembled framed sign that illuminates through the back panel and around its light rim. S5 offers optional lighting on an acrylic backboard, except when a clear backboard is selected.
SIZES, COLORS & CUSTOMIZATION
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Custom sizes can be requested. Provide the desired overall width and height, the installation location, and the sign style. Some styles have specific constraints, such as the 40-inch maximum diameter for S1 round signs.
Do you offer custom sizes or custom shapes?
Yes. Standard sizes are available, and custom size or custom-shape quotes can also be prepared. Our CNC process allows us to create many sizes and shapes when the artwork and installation plan are suitable.
Can you match my brand color?
Printed and painted colors are matched as closely as possible, but screen colors and physical production use different color systems. Printed colors can vary slightly from screen colors and are not guaranteed to be exact PMS matches. A color test and the approval mockup help confirm the direction before production.
Can you change the color of the logo and/or background?
Yes. Minor artwork adjustments, such as color changes or rearranging components, may be possible. Send the logo and requested changes for review.
Can you make this exact style I saw on a photo or website?
Send the inspiration image along with your logo or design. We can review whether a similar result can be created using the materials and finishes we offer.
Can you create a double-sided sign?
Yes. Double-sided signs can be created. Share the desired size, installation location, and logo or artwork so we can provide an accurate quote.
ARTWORK, DESIGN & MOCKUPS
Can you design the sign for me, or do I need to send artwork?
We specialize in manufacturing the sign rather than designing logos. Please provide your logo or design. If you do not have artwork, we recommend working with a freelance logo designer. Once the logo is ready, send an SVG file whenever possible, or a high-resolution PDF or image.
What file should I upload?
An outlined SVG vector file is preferred. A high-quality PDF or image can be reviewed. The artwork will be checked for thin strokes, tiny gaps, or intricate overlaps before a laser-cut or backlit style is finalized.
What file formats do you accept?
An SVG vector file with outlined artwork is ideal. A high-resolution PDF or image may also work. If only a low-resolution file is available, vector conversion can be requested; ask us about the current options and process.
Do you provide a mockup before placing an order?
Yes. We can create a simple 2D mockup to show how your logo will look within the selected backboard or sign layout.
Do you provide a mockup before production?
Yes. A mockup is always created and sent for final approval before the sign moves into production.
MATERIALS & DURABILITY
What is the difference between acrylic, PVC, metal, and ACM?
Interior signs can use 1/2-inch PVC, 1/2-inch plywood, or bare wood backboards, with 1/4-inch MDF raised 3D components.
Exterior signs use a 1/8-inch ACM backer with 1/4-inch acrylic 3D components for exterior durability. Other Series offer acrylic, metallic-face, and PVC direct-wall options.
Are your signs weatherproof for outdoors?
Exterior sign styles use ACM backers and acrylic 3D components for durability outdoors. We will guide you to the correct exterior Series for your location and installation plan.
Will the colors fade in the sun?
Exterior printed vinyl is 3M vinyl with lamination for added protection. Color longevity depends on the level of sun exposure and environmental conditions, but the materials are selected for exterior use.
LIGHTING
Do the signs light up?
Yes. We offer several lighted sign styles for interior use, including perimeter halo lighting, halo-lit individual components, frosted acrylic glow, and front-and-backlit signs.
Can you make my logo glow?
Yes. Depending on the selected Series, light can shine through the logo and around the perimeter, create a halo behind each component, or glow through a frosted acrylic backboard.
Do I need an electrician to connect my LED sign?
Our illuminated signs include a standard 110V power adapter that plugs into a regular wall outlet, so an electrician is generally not required. However, we recommend hiring an electrician if you would like the cord or electrical connection concealed inside or behind the wall, particularly for Series 4 signs.
Do you offer battery-powered signs?
No. Our illuminated signs use a power adapter that plugs directly into a standard 110V outlet. We have found that battery-powered LED lights are not bright enough for our signs and require frequent battery replacement or recharging.
INSTALLATION
Can the sign be installed on a textured wall?
S3 acrylic cutouts are supplied with tape and a stencil, but textured walls may need glue reinforcement. For other direct-wall or illuminated styles, confirm wall material, mounting approach, and electrical access before finalizing.
Do I need a professional installer?
All of our interior signs are easy to install, and detailed instructions are included. For Series 4 signs, however, we recommend hiring a qualified installer for electrical work, concealed wiring, exterior stud mounting, or any installation requiring precise drilling or grommet placement.
Do you install the signs or just ship them?
We ship all orders outside the Miami area. If you are located in Miami, please contact us to discuss the delivery and installation options available for your specific sign. Installation services are only available within our local service area.

How much does a sign cost?
The price depends on the sign style, desired size, materials, finish, and whether lighting is selected. Share the sign style, desired size, and logo or design so we can prepare an accurate quote.
Can you give me a quote from my logo, photo, or sketch?
Yes. Send your logo or design along with the sign style and desired size. We can review the information and provide a proper quote.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Because each sign is custom made, payment is collected upfront before production begins.
Can you make me another one later if I need one?
Absolutely. We save past order logo files, which makes repeat orders much easier.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does it take to make my sign?
Typical production is about two weeks after the order is placed. Transit is usually about 1–7 days, depending on the delivery location.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. An expedited production option may be available to reduce production to under one week. Expedited shipping may also be available when needed.
How do you ship signs and how long does shipping take?
Signs are shipped through UPS. Transit is typically about 1–7 days, depending on the delivery location.
