Custom 3D Sign Letters and Logo for Interior | PVC Foam | Durable Interior Sign for Office Lobby

Make an impact with your own custom 3D sign! PVC foam has a good bond strength and takes a solid hard shape due to its linear, closed-cell foam structure. This very light (as little as half the weight of solid PVC) material is highly resistant to moisture and some chemicals.

NOTE: This listing is for the logo cut out pieces only, no backer is included.

  • COLOR/FINISHES AVAILABLE:

-We print your logo colors on vinyl and attach it to the PVC sheet. 
-If your logo contains a design, we can also print the design on vinyl and attach it to the PVC creating a perfect replica of your logo.

-

  • SIZES AVAILABLE:

Select from the sizes available in the menu above. To find the area of your sign, multiply width x length. If you need assistance calculating the final area, please message us.

** All materials are 1/2" (12mm) thick.
** If thicker material such as 3/4" (19mm) thick is needed, please contact us and I can provide proper quote.

  • FEATURES:

-3D dimensional thick design which makes the sign standout from the rest of the signs.

-The sizes and prices are for only the letter cutout to attach directly to the wall. If a backboard is desired, there is an extra charge and we need to create a custom quote for you.

-Edges are white. If a different color is desired, we can paint them a different color (extra charges would apply and we would need to provide a custom quote).

-We include cardboard stencil for easy alignment.

-We suggest customers to use 3M double sided heavy duty foam tape to attache the components to the wall. If requested, we can add inserts and studs to the back to attach more securely to the wall. An extra fee would be charged depending on the amount of studs needed for your design.

  • MATERIALS:

-PVC foam (A mixture of Polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane, foam PVC has a good bond strength and takes a solid shape due to its linear, closed-cell foam structure. This very light (as little as half the weight of solid PVC) material is highly resistant to moisture and some chemicals, and very easy to cut and shape. Hard core (not soft foam)).

  • LEAD TIME:

  • LOGO/DESIGN:

Please upload logo when ordering in the upload logo link provided.
NOTE: Logo is best if it is in svg (vector or outline form). If you do not have the logo file in vector form, we can work with a high quality pdf or image of your logo. If logo was created in Canva, please share it through Canva with edit access to this email address: info@crafted3dsigns.com.
